We are, Jinlong New Material Technology Co., Ltd. One of the biggest SILICONE coated film manufacturers for more than 10 year experience in Dongguan city and Changde City. It is different from normal heat transfer pet film for screen printing. It asks for high temperate resistance (Max is 190 degrees without shrinking), super matte coating, single / double side coating for better printing effect on high density logo, or much high standard screen printing. It is made of excellent and stable super matte coating which can’t be scraped by nail, very good printing effect after heat transfer, easily to peel off, no edge bonding, anti-static coating on the back side. The basic standard about best quality of heat transfer release coated pet film is the stability after heat press with temperatures 160 degrees, 6 seconds, no shrink so that it won’t be any problem on the process. It can also be called Korea high quality silicone film. It’s been widely used in silk screen printing, lithographic printing, inkjet plate making, AD printing and so on.
