JL water base high elastic white ink and clear ink are made of soft PU resin with high elastic & coverage, smooth surface, good yellow resistance & fatness after washing by temperatures 40~60℃, strong bonding, soft feeling, ECO-friendly, non-toxic, harmless, tasteless. It all match European EN-71-e, American ASTM, Phthalate and ROHS standard.

JL Usage of Printing –Drying

–Heat press treatment (150 ℃ for 2-3 mins)

1. Have a hot treatment after fully dry can reduce the stickiness.

2. Need 2-3% water Linking Agent. To mix : water, before adding to the paste. And mix up completely before printing.

3. The paste silk screen printing ink has to be finished within 4~ 6 hours after mixing the water

4. Screen printing mesh: 1000-1200 mesh

5. Printing process:

 Printing—naturally dry—-curing at 130 centigrade for 2 minutes, washing test: 2 hours washing at 60 centigrade at least 3 times.

6. Temperature of storage: cold, dry place for 12 months(0>40℃)
